This laptop is very user friendly the most impressive part of the dell vasro 14 is solid build quality and perfomane with user friendly, I have been using over the last 3 years, perfomance and the batteris has not change much, battry bakeup is still good, still runs 4 to 5 hours after fully charge, brand and bulid design is absolutely pleasing, absolutly a good worth for mony, price tag is not so high, honestly dear friends anybody wants to but this product then go for it blindly, this buy is worth for money, finally abot the service of dell I dont know yet, bcoz I have not seen any problem in my laptop, brand like dell service and support would not be an issue, as the dell is an global brand this value of money product. the service support is very useful.
