I am using this laptop now . I had to say I am very much satisfied . if you are a medium gamer, buisness man or you want for basic works or you are a student, you can definately go for this laptop . let me first talk about gaming . you can play all games in this but very high end games like witcher 3, gta 5, pubg pc in low to medium graphics . For buisness man, this laptop can also be good for if he do not travels much because the weight of this laptop is approx 2.4 kg . If you are ok with it in travelling then its perfect . build quality is good and comes with preloaded liscensed MS office which is must for buisness man and students . For students this a absolutely amazing laptops for study and playing some games . it comes with preloaded liscensed windows 10 and linux version too . Talking about customer support, dell customer support is best of all . I have some experiences too, the support is just amazing and very supportive .
