I am using this laptop since 2013. It was my 2nd laptop and till now I have faced no problem whatsoever. I had purchase this laptop around 34k.
Now the only problem is with the battery, and I guess this much is the life of any laptop battery.
I have also increased the RAM by 2GB, as there is an extra slot available in it. Even though it works very fine. The laptop does not supports full HD. The sound quality is also decent.
