The laptop is no doubtly good and the dell service is also good. I am reviewing this after 1 year using this laptop. It has 4GB RAM, INTEL i3, 1TB HDD etc.
Value for money, it gives 1TB Seagate HDD which is absolutely value for money. Battery is absolutely best at this range, It gives about 5 hour backup.
It has some drowbacks, cpu speed is low 1.7GHz, not so fast laptop, keyboard quality is very bad, does not work fine. My keyboard not working. Other brand like hp, lenovo gives better keyboard. Display could be better. Body Plastick not so good quality. Other brand gives better.
Overall this is a good laptop, not best.
