I was exited to use a new OS. The problem is that I didnt get to. I update the OS which takes hours and a couple minutes later it crashes.The system has crashed 3 times in the last 10 days.
I didnt even instal any apps or softwares.
Its not a laptop, its a sad excuse for a plastic brick.And dont expect amazon to be of much help.They would not do anything except give you the DELL customer care number. DELL says they cant help me with software issues. Therefore the service and support is worst. Onr can’t use this laptop without having complete knowledge on dos operating system.
