I have use Dell XCD 28 nearly 5 years ago.
My experience is very very bad.
Though my first Android phone at that period.
Performance was veryyyy bad.
Battery the worst.
It was good to have an Android in hand at that time but when it comes to performance, it was not at well the standard.
Screen resolution was very low.
