Hi I am prem chavan I’m sharing my personal experience on Dell cps 13 I purchase this laptop 2 weeks a go and suddenly from now I am facing very much heating issue and back space and numbers key are not working properly.this laptop has 8GB ram and intelligent processre but the speed is not good.the sound quality was not good and also their it’s very big problem of its slow charging first battery drone out over so over all their is money problem this laptop and do not suggest this laptop and it’s realibility is not good and it’s money is very high and it’s service and support was not good I am insetisfyed in this laptop.
