Hi guys this is my persional review on Dell XPS 13, I will never buy another Dell product. touchscreen failed after exactlly 12 months, ( not fixed) Now there is an issue with the battery not charging wont recognise charger. says onlt 1watt of power, but it does manage to run the laptop, obviously it has more than 1 watt. product support is useless. I advise everyone Stay clear of Dell. Your just buying trouble
Its not that Dell laptop are bed. Its just that my laptop screen was broken just after three days of varenty, so I couldn’t do anything about that and had to pay for the repair.
