I have been facing a wi-fi connectivity issue with Dell XPS 14 Ultrabook. Registered complaint with Technical Support and its been 2 weeks, no action has been taken
Day 1: Technician came without screw drivers.
Day 2: Technician was not available.
Day 3: Replaced Wi fi Card but issue is not resolved.
Day 4: they planned for re-installing OS
Day 5: they dispatched OS CD
Day 6: again technician slots not available.
Day 7: Holiday
Day 8: Tried Re-installing Os, issue not resolved.
Day 9: Planned to change Motherboard.
Day 10: Motherboard Dispatched
Day 11: Technician came with wrong motherboard. he tried changing the old motherboard. while now when he fixed back the old one because of intel-anti theft technology which was pre installed in dell laptop. bios got locked.
Day 12: they researched to get the password.
Day 13: research going on.
Day 14: sorry, we will send you new motherboard which wont have this technology.
Day 15: motherboard not available, still finding
Day 16: motherboard will be fixed tomorrow
Day 17: cant specify exact date of replacement
(and during this time, I am not able to open my laptop because of Intel-lock) just called up the support, getting same answer.
