I bought Dell XPS L502x (Core i7, 6GB RAM, 750GB HDD) one and half years ago, and after 1.5 years HDD ’gone’ and after replacing the HDD and installing OS and drivers (all drivers downloaded from Dell website with assistance of Dell support) the two USB 3.0 port ’gone’ (not working) Dell support telling me to buy warranty,
I spent 68000 INR and after 1.5 years 3200 INR for HDD and dell support telling me to buy warranty for its poor product which two USB 3.0 port gone dead, any way one USB 2.0 eSATA port still alive waiting for when its going to be dead. No Never buy Dell
