I personally use this product since 2015.for my video editing and playing games in daily basis this product gives me satisfactory results.dell is a trustworthy company in its segment.no problem at all I face till now.i use this laptop in daily basis.battery backup is approx. 2-2.5 hr depending how you use.its a really steal.comes with windows 8 initially but I just install windows 10 it running like butter.overall this product is really value for money and I really for to get this.
