I bpught this laptop for my personal work. The laptop is really ideal and perfect for heavy use. I am using it from the past 2 years and I keep it on use at-least 18 hours a day. The laptop looks very stylish and elegant in its looks. It has the best 16 inch screen full HD LED screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution The processor is 2.4GHz speed and it is intel i5 series with turbo boost. It has HDMI, 2 USB ports, webcam and other general features.One more best feature of this laptop is back lit led on the keyboard, which is not really available in many dell models.
The poor part is the battery life even though it is Lithium ion battery with 6 cells, the laptop backup is only 2 hours, the battery drains quickly due to its powerful screen. This really needs to be improved by dell. The dell customer care service is really the best. The laptop is quite expensive bought it from Dell store in Bangalore at 104000/-Rs.
The dell one year accidental warranty is really life saver. Once my laptop screen was broken, since it slipped from my hand. It is in in warranty period that time so I had called the service center informed them they had asked me to send the pics. I was delighted as they replaced the screen with out taking single penny. I had even opted for 2 years additional warranty by paying extra bucks.
