The worst experience ever! The hotel staff is way too rude and lacks hospitality( which should be the priority of a hotel) . We were a group of 13 and were expected to maintain complete silence ALL THE TIME( as if we were not on a vacation but in a library) . One of the staff members barged into our room, without knocking, because he thought we were making too much noise. There is a way to convey things and no, that was not it. The rooms were decent but the washrooms were terrible( imagine exhaust fans not working) .
The swimming pool was clean( sigh of relief) but again a few tantrums by the staff over the rented costumes.
The hotel had decent food to offer.
My overall experience was ruined due to the inhospitable attitude of the staff. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this place.
P.S: Paid Rs. 7000 for 6 nights.
