New name for you - DELAY-ver DELAY-ver DELAY-ver
Worst experience over and over again. Every single time I’m told some new lie about the deliver schedule, etc. We have started calling the restaurants now to cross check Delay-ver’s lies. The restaurant today told us that the food has been packed and ready for 1.5 hours now and are waiting since then for DELAY-ver to pick it up. We called DELAY-ver back and got some thousand other excuses. This is ridiculous and beyond excusable. Every second there is a new lie. More than 3 hours have passed now and no food, more lies.
What is briliiant is that none of the IIM grad founders are reachable. I don’t think they even care. They are blindly running a business that is bound for complete and total failure.
