Fraudulent trade practices

This is my second bad experience with Delyver.




  1. On the screen which says “order confirmation”, the total is shown including taxes and delivery charge. Packing and carry bag charges are not shown in this screen and are applied AFTER the customer has placed the order.




  2. On this same screen, one can enter a discount code. But once again, I discover on the next screen that the discount has not been applied, AFTER the order has been placed. I had to call up the call center to enquire why the discount coupon did not work. Website doesn’t mention anywhere or provide feedback that the discount coupon does not apply.
