Not getting my refund after disconnection

Hi folks,


If you ever want to disconnect the den boomband connection then please be awared that their service is bad. I shifted from delhi to greator noida. I contacted den support for disconnection. They said they will collect the modem and other devices and then process the refund. Its been more than a month now, then have not collected the devices and hence no refund. I paid extra for 6 months recharge but unfortunately I had to shift and could only use 1 month of my recharge. Already contacted Den like 4 times and very frustrated. Don`t know what to say.
