I paid for annual subscription.My fault 1.Net does not work 10 days in a week. Customer service is deaf ears! Tired I installed Airtel in parallel as work was suffering.Not recommended at all


I then shifted houses.Got to know that they do not provide services at my new address.Was told that we would return you the money you have paid.It was 21 Dec.Since then chaisibb them to be told everytime that some senior would call in 1 hour. hav called 7 times.Same response and no call back.
