I am using it and it offers good speeds at low prices. I am having 5Mbps plan with 15Gb FUP which costs RS.700(exclusive of taxes). I usually get speeds as they promised, but their service is not at all reliable. There is high amount of downtime and their customer service agents act as they don’t know anything about what broadband is. They are just sitting there and saying that there’s an technical issue. They also offer many offers like recharge for 3 months and get 1 month free.
But never got so, They simply refuse that you are not eligible. And if unfortunately you had an technical issue, do not expect then to visit before you have called them atleast 10 times, oh! Forget about service, I had to call them soo many times even to collect payment.
They don’t want money also. I REQUEST you not to get a connection from den as they don’t have any service or reliability. You can’t trust on them for any important work, as you can have downtimes any time, and that would atleast last for 24 hours(minimum: once also got downtime of 5 days). Hope you understand and save your time and money.
