INTERNET not working for past 2 week and their awesome customer service is trained till rebooting the modem-bunch of idiots. HOW the HELL INTERNET GONNA IF there is no connection in the MODEM.
They honestly made us bang our head on wall with regret.
Worst internet provider ever, with pathetic customer service and cheaters they are, they take the money and disconnect whenever they want, we took 1 month plan and in 15 days they disconnected our connection. It is said that 24/7 customer service but really nobody give a damn to your query post 5pm. Their customer service passes all kind of wrong information.
If you dont want to pay n boil your blood never take den boombsnd, I used mtnl for 7 yrs n it was never been this pain
Half of the time outage will be there. Its worst than MTNL THT ALSO PAYING HIGHER COST
