Yes, I know they don’t provide good sound and picture quality if compared to other providers but their cost is too affordable I think.

But what I want to say is, examine "what you get and at what price".
DEN operator in my area takes Rs.250 per month for standard subscription and Rs.350 per month for HD subscription. Other big brands like Airtel, Dish TV, TATA sky may have plans at same price but they don’t provide such long list of channels.
The channel categories that DEN provide at Rs.250 per month are:
News, Entertainment, Movies, Music, Kids, Information and science and sports.
Well, if you search about the plans of other providers for same price, they don’t provide such big list of channels. Obviously, they have options to add as much channels as you want, but it’ll add up the price too. So, people who don’t want to compromise with quality may go with the other services.
But those who want a budget friendly entertainment may take DEN services as their choice. One more thing to be noticed is that DEN’s HD subscription is so good, here you get all the available HD channels in just Rs.350 per month, yes, all available HD channels.
