Disgraceful product and pitiful services

With reference to the subject, I regret to bring to your notice that I am an unfortunate customer of DEN Networks who wish to aware the management team about the ground realities of their company.


I am using DEN since a little more than 1 year now and I do not recollect a single month when I have not called the local customer support to solve some or the other problem.


Lately, I am facing an issue of automatic shutdown and restart of my set-top box. It shuts down almost in every 2 minutes thereby creating a nuisance while watching TV. The customer support team in Jaipur did replace the box, only to give me a degraded product than the previous one. On contacting the service desk I was told that it has been replaced once and now they cannot help me further.


Not only the product quality has been consistently poor, the attitude of customer service(if that is what they call themselves) is horrendous. Firstly, I have to call at least 10 times before I get attended and when I do, the language and attitude is a ghastly.


I am writing this letter in a hope that that management team will take some action and will work to maintain my faith in their proficiencies failing which I will not hesitate to take the matters to consumer court.
