I have been using this connection since last 6 months. The charges are comparatively less. But the sound quality is very low. On my LED tv the sound is not at all clear. When I use USB it is very clear but on DEN network ot is not. It is definitely value for money. Many channels show an error saying TECHNICAL PROBLEM.
The service and support is not up to the mark. It takes upto 3 days to resolve the complaint.
Amazingly they charge very less than their competitors. I dont know how they manage it. May be thats the reason for slow processing of the complaints. I would suggest them to get things right. It will get them more valuable customers in future.
