I have been using Den Cable for 3-4 years. Cable tv had advantages like customer service etc over DTH. Whenever you had issues you just give a call to local cablewalla and he will come and get the issue resolved. But this is not the case now. Even if I need to ask a simple question like regarding availability of a channel I have to call Den Customer Care.
When you contact their customer care they will say contact the local spoc and then we have to tell them that he only has referred us to call you. Then will take the pain to respond to your query. Den cable has a habit to remove channels without prior notice. I have taken their family+ pack. I dont get a single english movie channel, only one Star sports channel out of four. Moreover very often you will get a message from broadcaster that they are going to black out their channels due non payment of their fee by Den. For next few days you wont be able to see bouquet of channels of that broadcaster.
Currently, Zee Tv is flashing such messages. This is when they take money on time from us.
