Den of Thieves?

We have 2 STBs in our home. And at any given point of time, 1 of them is not working. The reception is poor, most of the subscribed channels don’t come. Even they come, they stop and stutter making for a very poor viewing experience.


The local cable operator is only for collecting fees. He says that he is not responsible for the service. Have been trying to get hold of a customer care executive by calling them but I have always been put on a hold for 15-20 min till my patience runs out.


This problem exists throughout my neighborhood. Seriously contemplating switching over to Hathway or some other operator
