Den networks cable tv is one of the biggest cable tv service provider in Delhi
The settop box of den is available in white and balck colour , I am using the black one ,
The settop box takes more than 30 seconds to start working , and it takes more than five minutes to open game or music menu
The games available in the set top box are so boring
Whenever I have any problem regarding set top box, Channel package and singal the customer service care of den networks promises me to resolve my problem within next 24 hours , but there is nothing happens by them
Den networks claims to provide whether proof signal but thats not true at all
Their services like cinerime, excite and are worklees

I think den needs to improve its services , and some other DTH brands like TATA sky and dish tv are much better than den
