Cable tvs are trying hard to become as equal as Dish networks.Yes it true that den cable is little cheaper than Dish networks but this is also true it is cheap in quality.
PICTURE QUALITY- It provides you very bad picture or video quality.That means video is not in high definition at all.
Sound quality- sound quality is also very bad which can never do justice with your TVs sound quality.
NETWORK QUALITY- The network is way too bad it kept disconnecting and won't let you enjoy your favourite show. Or else it will show the message of technical problems.The network providers are not so cooperative.
My suggestion is to spent little extra money and purchase some very good dish network.
