Hello guys, today I have share my own experience on this cable network.i am using this cable network last three years even my dad also using this cable network last 20 years.because of am leave in village.and there have only one loval cable network provider and they have this cable network franchise.in rainy season there is more problems with this network.
1.Picture And Sound Quality( 1.5/5):there picture quality is very very poor.even I have 21 inches box tv.so am just imagine that what will happen with other another bigger srceens.many times I have seen that they have blur and doesn’t clear.
There sound quality also low quality.many times there sounds breake down.and doesn’t clear.
2.Service And Support( 1/5):there customer service third class level.when today I have call us there service provider doesn’t comes within 1-2 days.they comes in more than 4-5 days.in rainy season there have many problems.if you have connection problem and if you call us they have give you only one answer like cuts of wire, technical problems and etc.they doesn’t give set top box but when it’s compulsory then last year they give it up.when I am purchase set top box they gives me used set top box and when I am told him so they give discount for me for 2 months free cable service.
Value for Money( 2/5):Talking about value for money they have little big amount compare to others.but am not having another option to choose another so am getting this.
So I don’t have recommended this Cable Network.
