Hello Friends I want to share my opinion about the Dena Bank with all of you I have open my account before 6 month in the Dena Bank so I want to share my some experiences about that bank with all of you as I I’m really disappointed with the services of the Dena Bank in the era everyone has the need of the ATM card so I apply in the Dena Bank for the ATM card so they have assured me that your ATM card will be delivered at your home in between 8 to 10 days so simply I wait for 8 to 10 days but ATM card has not arrived at my home so I went to the bank and I said that my ATM card is not delivered to my home then they tell me that it is somewhat long process so I wait for entire one month again then after one month the ATM card has come so I want to share that thing that their service is so slow about everything . After that I have to use my net banking then it is the procedure that you have to link your Aadhaar card with the bank account so I have link so that process also takes near about 8 days so now we there service is slow from the two months I am using my transaction with the net banking so there are too many transaction so I go in the Dena Bank and said that update my passbook as like it is mandatory to have all the record in our pass book so I tell them that you should update so they have not updated my passbook they have said that you have all your transaction in the net banking in the mobile phones but it was required for some processes to me as it is printed in the passbook it is good for our security
The ATM availability of the Dena Bank is very low it is the rule of the government that you can make only 3 transactions by the ATM of another bank so if I also get charged due to the unavailability of the ATM of the Dena Bank so according to me there ATM availability is very less and the Their employees wouldn’t take care of the customer service is bad because as always they have some extra procedure and the doesn’t care about the customer service so this was my opinion about the Dena Bank thank you very much for reading my experience.
