Yes I fully agree, Dena Bank staff is very co operative. I am also associated with this bank for the last 20 years and have no complaint.
Unlike Private Banks, there are no hidden charges. Of course, time bound between 10 am to 2.30 pm can cause problem to some business men.
Still we can have full faith on these nationalized banks. And to my experience they have really improved their customer service. Its very prompt now a day even you can get a good service after their scheduled time. Debit card is also a privilege for account holders.
But these nationalized banks should keep it in mind that this is just the beginning of their service. If they don’t keep on improving, will not be able to compete with private banks. Only interest with these banks to associate is just ‘NO HIDDEN CHARGES’ and don’t feel like cheated.
