I want to share my bad exeperiance with dena bank in my village. Dena bank is a government bank. I opened saving account 1.5 years ago by just depositing only 700 rupees. I asked for debit card I got the form and fill it then I filled it. But till date I didn’t get debit card. I went to bank several time but they said you will receive by post but till date no debit so, I would request that they should improve facilities. They even don’t have ATM no internet banking
