These guys are cheap, but that is the only good thing about them. 3 weeks after returning home, my crowns started breaking. They promised that if any crown broke, a new crown could be provided in Australia for no cost(obviously I would have to pay a local dentist to put it in). They showed me a card that said my crowns had a 5-year warranty. NOW they tell me that their work is NOT guaranteed at all and I would have to return to India and pay them to do the job again.
These guys are scammers! Do not use them. Also, the implants they did are such poor quality that they have been banned in Australia and New Zealand(because they cause bone deterioration and fall out within a year or two according to the Queensland Dental School professor that I saw recently).
Also, all my crowns are so poorly fitted, that food gets under the crown and is now rotting my teeth underneath(in spots where I cannot clean) . this means that unless I have all my crowns replaced, I will end up losing teeth! Dentzz answer to this is to return to India to get more work done.
Not only did the crowns they gave me break and they did not care about that . but they also ground down and ruined my natural teeth, so now it will be difficult(if not impossible) for a proper dentist to use what little is left of the natural tooth to seat the new crowns.
Although we had a whole week in India to ensure that the job could be done properly, they delayed fitting the permanent crowns until the last day(the day we flew out) so there was no time for adjustments etc. Even though they PROMISED before we got there that they would leave enough time for adjustments and even enough time for the permanent crowns to be re-made if necessary.
They are good at promising the earth, but deliver nothing when things go wrong.
Also, what they don’t tell you, is that some of the reviews on their website are by people who get PAID if you use Dentzz services. I only found this out when we were in India when they offered to pay us if we got customers from Australia to go to India to use their services. In my view this is very dishonest. Paid reviews / fake reviews by staff should not be allowed. I selected Dentzz because I managed to talk to one of the people who provides a review on their website . but no one told me that this person was PAID every-time they hook a new customer. If you can’t afford local dentists, I suggest you check out Thailand. Apparently their dentists have much better quality of work.
