I purchased heating gel bag for my customer. But received empty bag without gel.. When i claimed, then they denied and said nothing available with this product.. When i asked about the description where clearly mentioned that the pouch is filled and sealed with gel.. Then they changed the description within an hour.. They also denied for refund asking that they will not refund me because of my bad language..
I have all proofs regarding this issue.. Like screen shots call recordings etc. I definitely file complain in Consumer forum as well as in jaago grahak jaago.. And also post everything in all platforms..
