Story of this movie:

This movie talks about capitalism and business in religion...it is story of village name “Mangrul”in Maharashatra which faces difficulties in satisfying basic needs like electricity, water etc... otherwise  it is really peaceful. Character bhau(Nana patekar) local politician from one politician party, who is handling people of village very cleverly, including lady sarpanch (Atisha Naik). He has a family of 4 people including wife (Sonali Kulkarni ) and two daughters.. He respect to only one senior and well educated person- Anna (Dilip Prabhawalkar), who has son and son’s family who are living in Bangalore. Anna’s idea is to build Hospital in village for villager’s purpose and Bhau supports to his idea he promised him to provide finance with the help of his politician party. Anna’s aim is like to help people in their village through a positive and good way...

One day Keshav (Girish Kulkarni) one of the simple and decent person who runs all day long in search of his cow who founds under tree for rest, and then he even started to take rest under tree and he sees lord Datta(god name) in his dream, then he started crying and goes on running in the village shouting that he has seen Datta. but Anna advice him not to tell such personal thing to everyone because its question of faith...

But it is too late coz journalist already reached there and they start to share this news as “lord Dattatray is appeared in this village”. Hence demand for Dattatray temple increased, and Bhau was against to this because he wants to use money for better purpose but finally he was helpless... and then temple is build and village becomes holy place, Mangrul changed alot because of commercialization but nobody complaining except Anna because of this people’s view changed about god, they started to use this temple for getting money only. They started there business outside to Mandir, while doing this they forgot human in them... because of all this thing Anna got hurt and left that village, Then villager Keshav who also felt sad because Anna left, and his cow also died because of this commercialization, then he also realized the harmful effects of such temple(Deol in Marathi) commercialization.

Girish Kulkarni and Umesh kulkarni got success in proving this concept:. Every village has a right to improve but how ethical to use temple and God to achieve it...

Friends, I am highly recommend this movie to all of you. Must watch.
