Dermi cool is just like air-conditioner for ordinary people who can not afford air-conditioner but in summer when temperature goes high it is not possible to walk on road or outside .
I think we should buy some soap to prevent ourself from heat.but best to use dermi cool which provide you good and feel like ice so use it .it is cheap everyone easily can afford this and it is available on each and every store just and buy it.it does not provide any drawback that so safe to use.it is useable by all age of people.
