Arrest Warrant Against V R Desai

Desai did not honour the consumer court order granting me compensation for delaying the handing over of the flat which I had booked in DD Golden Gate, by about three years.

Now in execution proceedings arrest warrant has been issued against Mr V R Desai by the consumer court on 24/04/2014 - Dr Rajeev. Venugopal
