The biggest fraud and chitter company running in Mumbai and I tell my experience . They have given the qoaute of 3.5 lakhs and now after the meeting they increased to 6 lakhs which is unavailable . Their sales guy talk so sweat and later they don’t take the calls . I have tell you they have the local contractors who did the work for them and which had the very cheap material and very cheap qaulity . They take more than double amount from us and used the very cheap material . Also the designer is not concerned about the project work and not visiting the site for any checking .. Only 2 times visited to site . I feel very bad and disappointed that I have given them the work . Even the charges on the BOQ are already double which they give the discounts . For the civil work the supervs not present on the site and how can they the supervision . Seriously very fraud and bad company I ever meet . I was beliving 100% to them which I shocked after their behaviour . They don’t care about your work once they got your money . The interior designer was only ask for money in the call and nothing more about designs and colour combination. After getting full payment, you will realize you have been trapped badly. There is nobody to your rescue. There are lot of people’s in the company but knowbody knows what is happening on site . I request not to go this company for any work and you will be disappointed . I started my work six months back still it is not completed . Someone will keep on paying the rent due this. Badly disappointed....
