Its been over 5 months since they started my home interior work, but the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The work quality is poor, timelines keep slipping endlessly, and whats worse  their response and ownership are completely missing.
As a paying customer, I expected professionalism, accountability, and timely delivery  instead, Ive got excuses, incomplete work, and no resolution in sight.
Interiors are not just about furniture and fittings  its about trusting a brand with your home, your time, and your hard-earned money. Sadly, Design Cafe has failed on all these fronts for me.
I hope they see this and understand the real pain and frustration they are causing their customers  and I hope others think twice before putting their trust and money into this brand without clarity on what theyre signing up for.
