Never ever goto them !! Least proficiency in what they say and do.. We were charged 10k initial payment. They quote v. V. Skewed estimates. No one in this world charge 25k for a 7 feet glass.. They try to speak fancy words.. If they know you are someone who understands costs atrends in the market, they start playing stealth games... Architects like them are a shame, go to them if you lack common sense and don’t know a way to blow your money.
