Do you love chocolate?
I can t imagine any possible answer except "Yes Iove it". If youre not a freaky exception than youll be more than happy to read and cook these brownie recipes Ive written. Brownies that can satisfy any taste - coffee fudge, oreo, nutella&caramel and of course - vegan diet brownies also.
Fudgy coffee brownies
Ingredients:
250 gms of unsalted butter
150 gms of chocolate(preferably dark)
2 tablespoons of instant-coffee powder(espresso)
2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
5 eggs
1 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Heat oven to 350 °F
Melt butter and chocolate, add espresso powder. Cool till it’s warm, not hot and add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one by one, continuously mixing the dip.
Whisk flour, cinnamon and salt and add it into the chocolate mixture.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Cool. Then cut.
Then enjoy=)
*Cookies ‘N Cream Oreo Fudge Brownies*
Ingredients:
1 box of Double Chocolate brownie mix
eggs, oil(amount depends on the brownie mix u ve chosen – check out the instructions on the package)
170 gms of Cookies & Cream ice cream
1/4 Cup of hot fudge topping(cool)
Whisk brownie mix with eggs and oil.(not adding the water)
Add fudge, ice-cream.
Pour ½ of the mix into the pan, put on a layer of oreos and cover with another ½ of mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve cool.
*Nutella Caramel Hazelnut Brownies *
Ingredients:
½ cup of wheat flour
¼ cup of cocoa powder
¼ teaspoons of baking powder
Salt
1 cup sugar
70 gms unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
¼ cups of caramel sauce
¼ cup of Nutella
200 gms of hazelnuts
Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt. Whisk it all together.
Mix sugar and butter till creamy stage. Add eggs one by one, mixing all the time, add vanilla also.
Then combine two mixtures together.
Pour ½ of the batter in the cooking pan.
Pour the caramel sause over the mixture and spread it with a spoon for it to form a layer. Now add another ½ of batter over the caramel.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Cool.
Cut the brownies and make a hole in the middle of each piece. Pour Nutella in this holes. Add it on top of the brownies also. Cover with hazelnuts.
*Vegan brownies “Skinny Bitch”*
Ingredients:
150 gms of unsweetened vegan chocolate
1 1/4 cup of organic sugar
¾ cup of silken tofu
6 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1/3 of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoons of sea salt
1 tablespoon of walnuts(chopped)
Melt the chocolate and mix with all other ingredients. Bake in baking pan for 35-40 minutes. Cool. Cut in pieces and add chopped walnuts on top.
