I had a strange experience with this Desimoney Securityes. I was approached by one client service executive by the name Arjun Reddy at Hyderabad during August’2017 and he had given a rosy picture about how they deal with the clients and assure the return on the investment. After couple of interactions, I had agreed to invest some amount and completed the documentation formalities and got the DMAT account opened for trading. I had willingly left the discretion of the investments with the company.
With lot of teething troubles, the investment finally started in middle of September’17 and I was continuously receiving the messages on the trades they were doing on my behalf. couple of months passed, there was no update from anyone from the company and I stopped getting any update or messages from them. In my enquiry, the executive had informed multiple times that he will come to me personally and update the status but he failed to do the same for at least for a month. Finally, end of November, he visited me only to inform me that he met with some accident and he could not take proper care of my investments, and my investment value was dropped down to 50% as he could not take care while he was not well. He assured that he will make good of the shortfall and will bring my investment back on par by Dec’17. I was sympathetic with the person for his accident and accepted to give a try till Dec’17 end to see if he could bring my investment back.
After that interaction, I have made many attempts to interact with the officials, resulted in vain, no response from them, no message or atleast an update on a monthly basis indicating the status of your investment etc.,
These guys are after you till you pay the money to them and after that they play with your money without any responsibility and accountability.
My last interaction with the company was about 3 days back and he only says that the company is not willing to take any accountability for the customers Losses. I have really no clue about what to do next and how to recover my money. As per my last interaction, the value of my investment is about 40% of the money I had invested.
I strongly recommend that people should not trust this company and do not give your money for portfolio management or trading purpose. Just they are cheats and play with your money and learn trading at the cost of yours.
