A Very Taxing Read

I am a big fan of Agatha Christie’s novels since they make for gripping reads, without taxing the brain too much. So, when I saw this book at a second-hand book store, I grabbed it. But I was in for a huge disappointment. This book is nothing like her other books.

The plot is too very complicated, the situations too fantastic and  the characters too unrealistic. I finished the book with great difficulty. But I wouldn’t recommend it to any of the Agatha Christie fans who love her for her Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple books. This is nothing of the kind. Beware...
