It is a dilemma for many people like me whose near & dear ones suffer from Kidney diseases. My father-in-law is a Chronic Kidney patient & both of his kidneys are damaged & he is going through Dialysis twice every week. But it is like a life-supporting measure only that just keeps you alive & there are consequences like your heart & other important organs will slowly be affected. Here is the biggest dilemma – whether we should continue dialysis or we should go for Transplantation of Kidney as Kidney Transplantation is an expensive surgery and if the transplanted kidney does not suit your body, you will not survive at all. Our doctor suggested us to go for Kidney Transplantation at Desun Hospital as there was availability of the same blood group Kidney & the surgery cost was well within our affordability at Desun Hospital. He also assured us about the safety & matching process of the kidney that was going to be transplanted into my father-in-law’s body. We went there & admitted my father-in-law and after the preliminary preparation, he was operated there. Just after a few days, we took him back to home & he started feeling well. He now can do almost everything that he used do & there is now only a minimum level of restriction. All of us are now very happy as our lives have come back to its normal state. It would be simply nothing if I only praise Desun Hospital for whatever they have done for us. My thanks to them & I wish all such patients are treated there & get their happy lives back.
