The only problem I have with this card is the initial high joining fees. Other wise I am quite happy with this. Fast customer care response, no monthly/yearly stupid junk charges. Better security, easy online payments, instant SMS on any transaction. Personal customer care agent. Lots of partner benefit programs.
Issues:
Reduce the joining fees.
They should have more discount and offers on grocery and every day household items, electronics items etc. Currently most of the offers at least I don’t use much.
Again I don’t care for all lies and junk offers that SBI and ICICI offers. Also I pay my bills almost the very next day I do any purchase using online. So I never had any issues with the bank. The only thing I care is no false promises, like SBI and Tata Credit card recently cheated me with false promises of discount coupons.
