My experience with deutche bank has been similar to that of the previous review. I have waited for 9 months for things to improve but nothing has improved so far.
The internet site is pathetic. Investment advice is never given on time. Highly paid but poorly trained staff. I have drawn out 30 lacs from my investment account with them and am now planning to shut saving account too.
Citibank is much superior in internet banking and investment accounts though their relationship managers are as bad.
I am surprised that the field workers are exposed to the customers with hardly any training in servicing. The minimum balance at all times is 20 thousand rs. Charges are levied on most services.
All in all an avoidable bank.
In fact I am now reverting back to the old state bank which is coming out with a host of services and which has a big reach too. Their staff too has become much more professional.
Another negative of deutche bank is that when they opened they said they will open till 10 p.m. but so far have not managed to remain open beyond 7 p.m. 5 days a week. They have not done their homework before entering this country.
