I usually do not give bad ratings to anyone but this one is special! Every service will have its positives & negatives. The main issue that I faced was their handling of a case of bad treatment by an employee which they dragged on for months when a simple small "Sorry" would have fixed it.
There was never an attempt to resolve the primary concern & beating around the bush is prevalent. I wish I could share the email chain with you all (I believe it became quite hilarious in the later stages) Ask me directly if you wish (I will remove identifiers & send them to you)
Internet Banking: Never used it so gave it the default rating. Phone Banking: Poor.
ATM Service: Poor in Bangalore (located very far & at inconvenient locations; like No-Parking zones).
Customer Service: Extremely Poor.
Please be very careful if you decide to deal with them. Document EVERYTHING. Record ALL phone conversations.
And as per other reviews that I read on MouthShut & elsewhere, if you ever become a defaulter, then they will send Goons to fix you up!
