Deutschepostbank believe in "No service to customer". Their home-loan rates would be slightly more than most of the other contemporary home loan providers(banks). But once the home loan has been taken, they never care about a customer, s well being. They do not have any online loan statement checking and principal paying facility.
When I asked them if they could send an agent to collect cheques, I was not very pleased when they told me to come to the center and deposit the cheques plus there would be nobody to attend to your queries many times.
I have moved to another bank with a checking account facility and It has been a satisfying experience.
