I bought a Panasonic AC from Devi International last week. Have been a tenured customer with them. Good products & prices. But a caution to all potential customers: if they send a technician called ’Syed’ to fix your AC. DON’T opt for him. Ask for an alternative. This guy is downright rude, speak arrogantly, does not have a drop of decency while speaking to a customer especially a lady.
If I had my way, I would have handed him over to the consumer court/cop station.
