I had planned to purchase a washing machine, refrigerator and AC. I initially enquired prices from Jyothi, EZone and Girias in South Bangalore. Found that Jyothi’s has the worst customer service, their salesmen hardly speak and keep watching TV on display, I felt totally ignored even though there were no other customers. I then went to EZone, Jayanagar. They really have some of the best sales people, they explained each and every bit in detail with patience, prices were also quite reasonable. Then went to Giria’s, Ashoka Pillar and asked for a quote through one of my friends who knew the manager well.
The prices were lesser than that of Ezone since I had gone through reference. Later thought will check the prices with Devi International, which is also close by. I was totally surprised to see that the prices quoted at Devi International was the least among all, that too by a big margin. The customer service was also good.
I have started advising people to check the prices once at Devi before taking a decision to purchase elsewhere.
