While I had a good start with Devotion Commerce, some things didn’t go as well as I expected. The project timeline slipped more than once, especially on minor deliverables like image edits or content tweaks. Communication sometimes lacked clarity, and I had to ask several times for progress updates or corrections, which kept dragging weeks past the delivery date. Also, after the initial SEO bump, I felt the follow-up was weak; long-term strategy or tracking wasn’t always emphasized. Their pricing for extras (outside the base scope) caught me off guard; I assumed more would be covered, but that came with a steep price. If you hire them, make sure you get a very detailed scope document and regular check-ins; otherwise, you might run into surprises that'll be unpleasant.
