I was the customer of DHFL housing loan from Pune for last 2 years . Recently I have transferred the loan to other bank, While taking the loan bank is charging the advance EMI even before the disbursement & while closing the loan the bank has charged the additional 1 month EMI .
This bank is cheating the customers & no transparency in the account calculations . The interest rate charges is 10.4% and for the new customers bank is offering 9.90% .
There is no value for the existing customers .To provide the closure statement bank has taken 3 weeks & also charged for the statements . If you have the better option, please go to other bank & not prefer DHFL at all
